Job Description

Develop and implement dealer-levelplans to meet business objectives and work proactively towards targetachievement.

Drive growth for both core andhigh-priority products.

Analyse territory data to identifyopportunities, address gaps, and implement targeted strategies.

Expand the dealer network by onboarding new dealers and boosting engagement.

Address and resolve dealer queriespromptly to maintain strong, productive relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams toensure product, service, and promotional material availability for dealers.

Implement and manage marketingstrategies, including promotions, pricing, product mix, and distributionpolicies.

Collect receivables per company normsand conduct periodic creditworthiness reviews of business partners.

Conduct Mini Carpenter Meets (MCMs)to support secondary sales initiatives.

Foster strong client relationships topromote long-term business growth.

Provide senior management withdetailed sales reports and market analyses, offering strategic growthrecommendations.

Manage the sales cycle fromprospecting to successful closure.

Prepare and submit regularperformance and client interaction reports.

Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Excelfor data management and analysis.

Requirements

Full-time MBA.

Minimum of 2 years of experience inthe plywood, hardware, laminate, or adhesive industry.

Strong experience in the Mumbaimarket.

Willingness to work across differentlocations in Maharashtra.

Proven experience in dealer networkmanagement and carpenter/contractor influencer programs is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to achieve salestargets and manage commercial objectives.

Excellent analytical, communication,and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in tools like CRMsoftware and Microsoft Excel.

Likes

Nothing at all. Proper managers are required for company which Aristo doesn't have. Hr is useless.

Dislikes

One of the worst company in the industry. The branch head doesn't know how to behave with employees. Sarika Wagh always just want to show who is the boss. She wants us to work even on Sundays and not take a single leave. No work life balance at all. Management always favors her simply because she is a woman.
