About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales objectives and performance targets for the team and individual sales representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes high morale and productivity.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Identify and implement sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer escalations.
Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Sales Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
- Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
