Objective:
- To develop and implement sales growth programs for Adept Fluidyne products and solutions in the region.
- To engage with customers directly and exceeding order bookings targets for flow products in the given region.
- A passion for sales and knowledge of flow measurement technologies like Magnetic flow meters, Ultrasonic flow meters etc. are desired for success in this role.
Major Responsibilities:.
- Exceed annual budget and goal as defined by management.
- Build and maintain a funnel of opportunities to support order forecasting and planning.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, account plans, competitor intelligence, and business development plans.
- Work as a team member and closely co-ordinate sales pursuits with product managers, inside sales engineers, and customer care teams.
- Responsible for maintaining existing business and developing new accounts.
- Responsible for growing a business working closely with EPC / General Contractors, Bid EPC Projects related to Flow Products & Systems, working with Key Consultants for approvals, working with Govt.
- Water Bodies, influencers, and Water OEMs.
- Develop Channel Partner / Dealers Business in the region.
- Provide necessary techno-commercial support to exceed their business targets.
- Develop a business plan to achieve goals and review successes and challenges, revising objectives as needed on a quarterly basis.
- Responsible for driving sales activities, generating Leads and closing opportunities identified in your region and exceeding revenue goals.
- Serves as the focal point of the organization representative with customers in the given region.
- Responsible for executing a business plan for managing an assigned territory and product workflow annually.
- Influence preparation and present technical assistance, consultation, and problem-solving to customers as necessary and expedites orders.
- Be responsive to customers' needs, as well as to conditions and trends that affect them.
- Serve as a channel of information to the organization about customers, markets, and competition.
- Utilize divisional resources in the performance of all responsibilities.
- Create presentations and customer Proposals including structuring appropriate payments and contract milestones.
- Support marketing programs and programs in respective territory as assigned by the Company.
Stakeholders:.
- External: Customers, Consultants, Contractors, Govt. Water Bodies.
- Internal: Design, Sales, Dispatch, Director-Sales, Service, Managing Director.
- Qualifications: Bachelors in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering, MBA preferred but not required.
- Experience: More than 6 years' experience in handling Flow Instrumentation Business.
- Reporting to: GM - Sales.
Technical Skills:.
- Knowledge of Flowmeter technologies.
- Flowmeter Application experience in Water related applications.
- Proficiency in working with Water EPC's, Water OEMs, Contractors and Consultants.
- Proficiency in working on Tenders, EPC projects.
Soft Skills:.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Highly proficient organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
