3. Monitor and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to management with recommendations for improvement.
Store Operations
4. Maintain the store's cleanliness and ensure it is always presentable to customers.
5. Ensure all products are appropriately displayed with correct pricing and specifications.
6. Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operations.
7. Safeguard store assets and inventory by following best practices to prevent shrinkage and fraudulent activities.
Inventory and Stock Management
8. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
9. Monitor stock levels, coordinating with procurement teams for timely replenishment.
10. Handle damaged and returned goods as per company policies.
Team Leadership
11. Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional service.
12. Ensure the staff is well-groomed, trained, and adheres to company policies and standards.
13. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and development plans for team members.
Customer Experience
14. Provide a superior shopping experience by resolving customer queries and complaints promptly.
15. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
