As a Sales Head - Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in sales department to manage overall sales. Sales Team management, Strategy planning for Sales Growth. Residential & Commercial Projects handling capacity. Marketing Strategy Planning to achieve the monthly target.

**Responsibilities: **

HNI clients handling knowledge

Luxury Projects Sales knowledge

Residential Project & Commercial Project Sales handling knowledge

Good convincing & negotiation power with deal closing capacity

Strategy planning to meet up the monthly target

Team management

Knowledge of Direct & CP Sales

Capability to handling Presales Team, Direct Sales Team also CP Sales Team

Marketing Strategy Planning for Sales growth
