Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, understand customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical documentation in response to customer requirements.
Provide administrative and sales support throughout the sales lifecycle
Travel with sales representatives in order to learn about the sales process
Represent clients' at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and solutions.
Continuously develop technical expertise and proficiency in cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Practice the companys sales steps by calling on new accounts and checking in with existing ones
Observes the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business.
