Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by promoting products and building customer relationships.
• Maintain a customer database, conduct cold calls, and explain company schemes like SIP.
• Ensure proper product presentation and maintain floor decorum during customer interactions.
• Conduct daily stock checks, report discrepancies, and ensure stock accountability.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and jewellery trends.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and dress code requirements.
• Coordinate with the Counter HOD and handle any additional tasks assigned.
• Be flexible for branch transfers as required.
