Note:

Shift: Monday to Friday - US Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)

English Proficiency: Advanced - Read - Write - Speak (Required)

Week-offs: Sat & Sun Fixed week-offs

Role & responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make Cold Calls to New and Existing customers to generate leads and drive sales.
• Research and Identify potential customers
• Build relationship with key decision makers and influencers.
• Maintain track record of calls, emails and Sales interactions.
• Collaborate with sales team to share best practices and industry insights.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in outbound Sales or Telemarketing, Particularly in the US markets is an advantage..
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve allocated Monthly Sales targets.
