Looking for 2+ Years of Experienced US/UK Client Coordinator. US Shift (Mon to Friday, Fixed week-offs sat & Sun)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication (Email & Calls):
The Client Coordinator will be responsible for handling client communications via email, and phone calls when queries arise concerning their orders or services. Ensuring prompt and professional responses is crucial.
2. Ilink Process Management (Intake & Upload):
The role requires managing the intake process and uploading the necessary documents to the Ilink system. Ensuring all files are processed accurately and timely is a core function of the position.
3. Record Maintenance:
The Client Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating client records, primarily using Excel sheets. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in keeping these records up to date.
4. Customized Client Emails:
The coordinator will be tasked with sending tailored emails to clients, ensuring personalized communication based on their individual needs and queries. The role requires a strong understanding of client requirements and the ability to craft clear, professional messages.
