Healthians is hiring for Sales Executive for Chandigarh/Faridabad Location

Qualification- Graduate/PG

Experience- 2-6 years

Location- Faridabad/ Chandigarh

Job Description:

Scaling B2B Business by onboarding doctors, Hospitals, Collection centers, Lab to Lab

business while promoting our product/services in Assigned Territory/Region

• Prospecting Drs in the region, lead generation and onboarding them in shortest possible

timeline

• Growing business month on month by onboarding from New Clinics, Nursing homes and

Hospitals and existing client base

• Building good connects with KOL Drs and onboarding them and providing them with

exceptional support

• Taking References from existing Drs to get new leads
• Product detailing and prescription generation for lab tests
• Opening new Collection centers, Scaling business of existing Collection Centers and

generating business from Lab partners(Pick up points)

• Meeting or exceeding Sales Targets
• Conducting doctor's in clinic activities and camps as read with support from Phlebos
• Meeting High potential lab owners and convincing them to send business to Healthians

and growing this business MOM

• Promoting routine and semi specialized pathology tests
• Handling customer queries and complaints
• Work with internal departments such as marketing or product teams to engage clients

more deeply

• Submitting sales activities report daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Leading a team of Sales Executives and ensuring monthly target achievement by them
