Job Description

Job Title: Executive Sales RecruiterJob Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)Experience: 3 Years to 5 YearsShift Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PMWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayQualification: Graduate / Post-graduation in Human Resource ManagementResponsibilities: Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers. Work on strategic hiring programs. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. Procure people for different Non-IT Requirements. Use niche platforms related to IT and Non-IT to source potential candidates. Should be wells versed with portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn. Should have 2+ Yrs experience in hiring Sales, BDE, BDM, International sales and other non-IT roles. Should have good understanding about international sales process. Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises. In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Companys growth perspective in mind. Keeping abreast of the industry trends. Well versed with End-to-End recruitment life Cycle Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various sales roles Proven track record of identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier sales talent. Knowledge of sales industry tendencies, the competitive environment, and best practices. Managing the offer process and making sure the candidates are comfortable. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) Keeping accurate records of recruitment activities and regularly updating the hiring managers. Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Building strong relationships with potential candidates. Keeping up with changes and trends in the industry to help improve recruitment strategies.Job Description: Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. The ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization. Proficient in English.Skills: Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Sales Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams) Sales expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Sales roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid networkPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor s / Post-graduation in human resources, or a related field.Must have Skills: Strong Sales hiring expertise Sourcing and identifying potential candidates Negotiating job offers Excellent CommunicationNice to have Skills: Time Management Building relationships with candidates
