Sales Strategy & Planning
Understand and execute the short-term to long-term sales strategy, to achieve the business goals & objectives
Execute and implement the annual sales plan based on coach and guidance
Follow-up and execute the annual customer plan for assigned customers
Keep good communication with internal departments
Ensure 100% compliance
Key Account Management
Understand and follow-up relevant customer strategy for assigned key accounts based on the guideline and coach
Update the sales pipeline in CRM system timely
Generate customer visit report timely by using CRM tool and provide feedback about key customer intelligence
Follow-up the customer-centricity account plan to develop new business
Deal with complaints as interface between internal stakeholders from function teams and external stakeholders (key customers, value chain partners, association, downstream players), feedback the solutions to assigned customer on complains and inquiries timely.
Business Development
Build-up business acumen and market intelligence to identify and analyze potential business growth opportunities, understand competitive factors to support the business growth
Understand the unmet needs of assigned customers, transfer the potential needs to Marketing and Product Management team to develop new products based on the coach and guidance
Support market research including supply chain tracking, competitor information update and analysis, identify sales/market potential and cooperate with internal team (e.g. such as marketing, distributor team, etc.) to support further business growth and achieve sales targets
Other assigned related tasks and projects
What you will need
Education Background:
Bachelor degree or above in chemical, business, economics, Science and Engineering or similar.
Skills / Capabilities / Working Experience Requirement:
Sales experience in Chemical / Electronics related industry will be preferred
Good capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across teams and functions
Good skills in stakeholder and customer management
Good learning ability and agility
Good sense for problem solving, can identify the problems and analyze the root reason based on the coach and guidance
Strong willingness to grow and step out of comfortable zone with own initiatives
Strong willingness and ownership to achieve business growth and goals & objectives
Good capability to work well under pressure
Highly self-motivating, open minded and diligent attitude
Languages, Certificates and Skills
Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a must
Workable English communication skill in written and reading, good oral English skill is a plus
Other Requirements
Business travel is needed, should be flexible to travel frequently
