Based out of/Location: Manila, Philippines

Associate Director: Sales - Philippines

We are looking for:

- We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - Sales to join our sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth in the Philippines.


- Based in Manila, this role involves managing relationships with large enterprise clients from the banking, eCommerce, lending, payments.


- The successful candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account closure.

Responsibilities:

Rainmaker:

- Manage relationships at the C level across large enterprise clients and prospects

- Bring in new customers as per country expansion plan

- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities

- Sales planning activities including account plans and hunting activities

- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations

Closer:

- Partnering with prospects till deal closure

- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to tailor propositions

- Own the sales journey from prospecting to deal-signing

- Drive Top-of-funnel conversions

- Deep understanding of product offerings, market, commercials

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Experience: At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services sector and prior experience in the Philippines

- Energy and Drive: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Goal Orientation: Demonstrated history of building successful sales teams and meeting or exceeding targets

- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to product enhancement

- Ownership: Ability to own the sales process from prospecting to deal-closure

- Global Mindset: Adept at working in a diverse, multicultural environment
