Job Responsibilities

1. Handle P2P customers: - Handle end to end customers for total satisfaction.
2. Prepare daily reports for all P2P accounts as per agreed frequency. Extracting information from daily factory reports and send it in required format daily for all P2P accounts.
3. Give necessary reports/data proactively as required related to Purchase team or Factories team to avoid any mis match.
4. Complaint Management Process for customers
5. SO preparation for aligned customers.
6. Update outstanding for all P2P accounts daily except and take follow up to get it cleared.
7. Primary responsibility of allotted customer's "Receipt, Allocation, clarification on reconciliation" to accounts team.
8. Do statistic related work, reports, data for management purpose as & when required.

Technical skills

1. Min 6 months to 5 years experience in the role
2. Should have expertise in excel and good communication skills
3. Immediate joiner preferred
