Role & responsibilities
1. Manage the tender process, including researching tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
3. Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements, risks, and opportunities.
4. Develop and submit high-quality tender responses, including writing, editing, and formatting tender documents.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including technical teams, to ensure that tender responses are accurate and comprehensive.
6. Manage the tender submission process, including ensuring that all tenders are submitted on time and in the correct format.
7. Track and analyze tender results, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to the tender process.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in tendering.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a tendering role, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Proven track record of success in tendering, including a high win rate and positive feedback from clients.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise tender responses.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex tender documents and identify key requirements and risks.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including managing multiple tenders simultaneously.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
