Position : Sales Coordinator

Location : HO

Age(Range) : 25-35 years

Reporting To : Head Sales & Marketing

Academic & Professional Qualification : B.Com/B.Sc/ B.B.A/M.Com/ Diploma Engineer

Total Years of Experience : 3-5 years

Salary : 3.00 to 4.00 lac CTC

Preferred Exposure : Inquiry handling, Preparation of Quotes and MIS reports

Job Responsibilities

• Compilation of daily reports and preparation of weekly reports for Mgt.
• Preparation of machine loading register and follow up with clients for the civil work completion dates for planning the execution activities.
• Co-ordination with Accounts Dept for Performa Invoice / Final Invoice for MBCPL as well as MB Enterprise
• Co-ordination with clients for the payments, collection of TDS Certificates etc. and pending issues with regard to the same.
• To give response to various queries from clie Heads.
• Preparation of quotes, OCNs and marketing related documents
• Maintaining ERP data in the system
• Order Booking, collection of C forms, payments, TDS certificates
