Job Description
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Communicate and provide updated/relevant Sales & Outstanding reports -daily, weekly, and monthly of pan India customers
- Create an order entry calendar for follow up
- Manage order processing from order to material receipt at customer end.
- Conference calls to review daily reports with the sales team
- Provide necessary selling tools for Market appointments
- Help to create an agenda for Sales meetings
- Miscellaneous tasks, attending customer calls, etc…
- Support Head Office and a team of Sales Heads on administrative duties like coordinating meetings, travel schedule, and general organization
- Prepare, generate, and manage reports used by management for pipeline, revenue forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
- Create communication/presentations by using revenue/pricing data to update the sales team
