Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking.
  
• Provide back office support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and report generation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or customer queries.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Coordination principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in Back Office Support software applications (e.g., CRM systems).
  
• Excellent Sales Administration skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
