Role & responsibilities
1. Assist the sales team in managing and processing customer orders, Purchase order, requests, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
2. Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring that all products or services are delivered as per customer specifications.
3. Maintain accurate records in the system, updating customer details, order status, and sales activities.
4. Communicate through call, chat & Email sales with customers, staff, and other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Prepare and distribute regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to track team performance and identify trends or opportunities. Prepare and manage sales contracts, proposals, and other documents as required.
6. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and assist with stock management.
7. Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team and clients.
8. Perform follow-up calls or emails to clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and nurture relationships.
