Sales Consultant (Tamil)

Role & responsibilities -

The Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying prospects and closing sales deals over the phone or through digital communication channels.

This role involves understanding merchant needs, presenting product/service solutions, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Responsible for cold calling, sales and business development of all offline retail categories to sell DotPe product.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads to generate new business opportunities. • Present product/service offerings to potential Merchants in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Close sales deals by effectively addressing Merchants concerns and objections.
• Manage end to end sales cycle presentation, commercial negotiation, defining merchant scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely merchant go live.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Be the point of contact for internal & external stakeholder of DotPe
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Preferred candidate profile -

• Should be fluent in TAMIL, ENGLISH and HINDI
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience ( could include - Upselling and Cross-Selling)
