We are looking for Sales Associate - Inbound International Voice Process (For US Shift Only)

Job Title: Sales Associate - Inbound International Voice Process

Shift: US Shift

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers

- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions

- Provide information about products, services, and pricing

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively

- Strong negotiation and sales skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
