Job Description
- MIS Reporting:
- Generate and provide MIS reports for the senior management for RP for IUPS & SOLAR segments, including:
- Segmental sales performance.
- Dealer-wise sales performance.
- Inventory holding status.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance updates with the senior management.
- Provide sales performance and dealer target reports to ZCMs and COMs.
- Sales Team Support:
- Facilitate TE (Territory Executive)/TM (Territory Manager)/RSM (Regional Sales Manager) YDI+ calculations and share the data with HR.
- Upload defined sales targets in the system for regions, TEs, TMs, and RSMs for YDI+.
- Calculate and process dealer incentives after month-end and quarter-end closures.
- SAP System Maintenance:
- Coordinate with TEs/TMs to resolve SAP-related issues.
- Maintain fields in SAP related to customer and material discount slabs for IUPS & SOLAR.
- IT Coordination:
- Work with the IT team to ensure proper maintenance of mail IDs in relevant RP-related mail groups.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments (e.g., HR, IT) to streamline processes and address operational challenges.
