Designation : Support Consultant
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve tickets raised by customers within the SLA and communicate to required stakeholders.
  • Submit eRequest to WiseTech to disable specific connections (e.g., OTS in AGW Instance).
Setup/configure User Management (Define userprivileges and set roles & responsibility), Manage ERP security rights fordifferent module.
Interact with service provider Wise Tech Globalfor patch upgradation and create incident for specific requirement.
  • Customized Reports and Invoice format as per customer requirements.
  • Deactivate system users across multiple instances (AGW, Omni Peru, Trinity).
  • Define methods for accessing and archiving historical data and documents.
  • Archive and decommission various instances such as Omni Peru and Trinity.
  • Identify and migrate customer contacts and visibility tools to forward-facing systems.
  • Communicate system changes and impacts to customers.
  • Conduct usage analysis to optimize user activities post-go live.
  • Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) policies and procedures, including data audit and cleansing.
  • Write and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for MDM.
  • Establish and implement MDM governance programs.
  • Manage historical data archiving and ensure regulatory compliance during decommissioning of instances.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Experience with Cargowise and WiseTech Global platforms.
  • Experience using Service Now or any ticketing tool. Monday.com would be plus.
  • Strong experience on L1/L2 Support, SLA Compliance and SLA base-lining, SLA re-base-lining, Incident / Problem Management, Change Management.
  • Strong knowledge of post-go-live support, system decommissioning, and user deactivation.
  • Proficiency in data management, including data archival, historical data accessibility, and customer visibility tools.
  • Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance practices.
  • Ability to analyze system usage, identify user needs, and implement visibility tools effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for customer engagement and change management.
  • Familiarity with system integration, decommissioning strategies, and data migration processes.
  • Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical operations.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of TMS and related integrations like order management and inventory systems.
Experience(in Years) : 3 to 5 years
