Area of Responsibility Responsibilities

1.Responsible to prepare various documentation/ slides/PPT / MIS reports related to
procurement etc

2. Floating enquiries to Vendors , strategic negotiation and order finalization

3. Should be able to generate various reports from SAP and formatting it by using advanced
excel tools like pivot , vlookup up etc..

4. Follow-up with Transporters, plant and vendors for dispatch of the goods and other issues 5. New Vendors identification and getting qualified as approved vendors, sampling , plant trials

6. Day to day communication with plant for timely arrangement of the material delivery and
further requirement and dispatch schedule etc .

7. Procurement Head Purchase order approval and day to day reporting

8..Accounts & Finance Related to vendor payment status, Invoice booking

9.Stores Plant Related to vehicle unloading inventory planning
