ROLES 1. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of water treatment chemicals within a designated territory. 2. This role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water treatment industry. 2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers. 3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 5. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions 6. Demonstrate a deep understanding of water treatment chemicals and their applications. 7. Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries. Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions. 8. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives. Share best practices and contribute to team development 9. Requirements 1. Bachelors degree in chemical engineering or a related field 2. Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the water treatment industry. 3. Valid driver's license 4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Technical knowledge of water treatment processes and chemicals. 7.Exceptional problem solving, verbal and written communication, presentation, and project management skills. 8. Desire to travel
