- Review and correct any discrepancies in charge entries to prevent billing errors.

Coordination:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, coders, and billing staff to resolve any issues related to charge entries or demographic data.
- Communicate with insurance companies to clarify any uncertainties about patient coverage or billing issues.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all data entry complies with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated with changes in coding and billing regulations and apply them to daily tasks.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on charge entries and demographic data accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all data entry activities.
