Accounts Executive

Company Overview:

Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the companys accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and handling tax-related matters, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax). This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording Vouchers & Payments.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Payment of Expense Bills
• Prepare and file TDS & GST returns.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper accounting practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, BAF, BCOM
• Hands-on Experience in Tally & Excel.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations GST, TDS & Tax Calculations.
