Position: TAG Executive Specialist

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Hyderabad


Job Description:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Should have worked on hiring for all the IT Technologies, especially on ERP.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipelines: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key performance indicators.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and opportunities through various channels. Participate in industry events and job fairs to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to understand workforce needs and provide strategic support for organizational growth and development.
