Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products by designing formulations, conducting stability studies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Lead process development activities to improve product quality and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for techno-commercial evaluation of new technologies and products.
  
• Conduct research on dairy ingredients to develop innovative solutions for the dairy industry.
  
• Ensure effective documentation of all experimental results, protocols, and reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise in formulation development, process development, technology transfer, regulatory affairs.
  
• 4-7 years of experience in food technology or related field (dairy products).
  
• Strong understanding of chemistry principles applied to food processing.
• Professional English Communication skills
• Candidate with good knowledge of R&D in Nutraceutical products is preferred.
