Role & responsibilities

* Handling team and assigning works to team

* Conducting shift briefing

* Deployment duty roaster for every weeks

* Forecasting sales targets

* Train the staffs and make them knowledgeable

* Cash reconciliation

* CC tracker reconciliation

* Delivering 100% Customer service

* Handling customer complaints and win them back to our hotel

* Update and handling staffs files as well as medical checkup

* Inventory management as well as maintain FIFO

* Having good SAP knowledge

* Good knowledge in Micros POS(Point Of Sales)

* Inspecting team grooming standards

* Inspecting and ensure 100% safe food should reach our customers

* Control food wastage and missing wastage

* Basic knowledge of excell and MS word
