We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and profitability.

They will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and marketing.

Responsibilities:Provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their stay.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance personnel.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations.

Monitor and evaluate hotel performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction scores.

Prepare and manage the hotel budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by implementing and enforcing safety and security procedures.

Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community organizations.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments to implement innovative ideas and improve hotel services.
