Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining Inward and Outward Records.
• Uploading Drawings & Documents in Server for Future reference.
• Scanning and Filling of Drawings, Legal Documents & Letters.
• Processed Incoming and Outgoing Data, including Numbering of Documentation.
• Filling of All the Relevant Documents with index.
• Receive the GFCs (Good for Construction Drawings) and ensure proper Filling and Safekeeping thereof ensure marking/ removal of Supersede Drawings.
• Distribution of all the Drawings and Documents to respective Teams and Contractors.
• Maintain all Transmittal Issued by Engineering Department.
• Maintain NOC received from PCMC, PMAY Documents, TDR Documents and DRC Data.
• Experience- Minimum 2 To 7 Yrs
• Experince in Real Estate would be added advantage
