Role & responsibilities

To perform Inpatient department admission(IPD)/billing related activities.

To assist any customer experiencing difficulty.

To ensure giving extended support or help to the patients

To provide appropriate information about the services & handle all patient queries and direct them to the appropriate counters / departments as and when necessary

To be aware of the various incidents and know the process to raise incident

% Reduction in Waiting Time

Adherence to IPD Admission Process TAT

Adherence to TAT for registration process

No of complaints / problems are resolved within TAT.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication skills
