Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Top line & Bottom line budget for HORECA/MODERN TRADE business with Sahyadri Farms Frozen/Dehydrated/Value Added Food Product portfolio.
Developing Distributors and Master Franchisees and Sub franchisee network across designated territories.
Identification of new Business Territories for expansion. Preparing rollout plan for the business territories and implementing the same.
Preparation of business estimates & projections.
Product cost, price and margin assessment.
Competitor product review, assessment and analysis.
Coordination with Production & Warehousing team.
Coordination with Marketing team for branding & marketing activities.
Lead the new product line development for the business vertical.
Business review, analytics and reporting.
Digitization of business vertical. Innovating for large scale expansion.
Customer relationship management.
Preferred candidate profile
Good understanding of HoReCa Business segment & FMCG ( Frozen Food/ Dehydrated/Value Added Food Product ) Distribution
Good communication skills in English/Hindi and Marathi will be added advantage
Ability to lead the team.
Passionate to bring change.
Open to innovation.
