International Non-Voice / Back office Process (Graduate Freshers)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Medical billing, Claim Settlement
• Processing claims as per the process guidelines.
• Understanding Quality & Auditing parameters of US health insurance

Education & Experience:

• Graduation is mandatory 2023- 2024 passed Fresher graduates Only.
• 10+2+3(15 years) of education is mandatory.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Good Oral and Written Communication Skill in English
• Good Typing Skills & Basic computer Navigation Skills
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.
