Job Summary :

The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts.

This role will involve collaborating with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of our software products.

Experience in the US Healthcare domain is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust and scalable test automation frameworks.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various applications and platforms.

- Execute automated tests and analyze results.

- Identify and report software defects.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on automation best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation.

- Lead complex testing projects and ensure timely delivery.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing and automation.

Mandatory Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in the US Healthcare domain.

- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, etc.)

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and techniques (e.g, functional testing, regression testing, performance testing).

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).

- Understanding of algorithms and data structures.

- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team.

- Experience creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation.

- Experience leading complex testing projects.

- Knowledge of system integration testing.

Education :

- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
