To ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients or end-users. Delivery managers focus on coordinating resources, managing timelines, and meeting client expectations.

Job Description :

Education : Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree.

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients or end-users.

- Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.

- Manage client relationships and expectations.

- Monitor and report on project progress.

- Implement and improve delivery processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong understanding and hands on experience on RCM

- Experience on Clinical platforms with a US Healthcare company

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in one or more programming languages

- Software development life cycle knowledge

- Debugging and troubleshooting skills

- Understanding of algorithms and data structures

- Ability to work with a diverse cross functional teams.

- Ability to create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and system architecture.

- Project Delivery management methodologies (i.e., Agile, Scrum)

- Advanced project management skills

- Project Delivery and stakeholder management skills

- Leadership and team management abilities

- Strategic planning and execution experience

- Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget

- Risk management and problem-solving skills

- Extensive experience in leading complex projects

- Strategic planning and decision-making skills

- Collaboration and team-building skills

- Expertise in software design and architecture

- System integration knowledge

- Leadership and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with delivery management tools and methodologies

- Client relationship management experience

- Project management certification (i.e., PMP)

- Knowledge of software architecture principles

- Familiarity with software testing principles

- Experience with large-scale system design
