Dear All,


Greetings from Sagility!


We are currently hiring for the Quality Analyst role at our Hyderabad and Indore locations.


Shift Timing: Includes graveyard shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM, 1:00 AM to 10:00/11:00 AM)


Education: Any Graduate


Experience: 4+ Years


Required Experience: Must have experience in US healthcare, Order to Cash, Payment Posting, and Charge Entry.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership support to supervisors and assist with CPI and KPI requirements.
  • Participate in Revenue Cycle Management meetings to introduce and/or create action plans based on account requirements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work effectively within the organization to implement timely resolutions. The focus should be on increasing client satisfaction and/or company profitability.
  • Oversee necessary enhancements to client programs or services, including areas such as staffing, training, attendance, and quality.
  • Ensure service quality for all work performed by your employees and provide support to front-line employees (SMEs, Producers, Lead Operators).
  • Coordinate with the Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to balance the needs of individual teams with the needs of the entire organization.
  • Promote teamwork and cooperative efforts.
  • Help train and guide other Supervisors and CSRs within the organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area, and practice good safety habits.
  • Provide internal and external customers with the highest quality service.

Skills Required:

  • Subject matter expert in the Revenue Cycle Management process.
  • Ability to perform quality audits.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
  • Ability to improve and/or transform team processes across functions within the organization.
  • Ability to understand basic data and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to drive individual and team efficiency and productivity through effective metric management.
  • Ability to coach, train, motivate employees, and evaluate their performance.
  • Ability to strategically lead and develop the team towards improved performance.
  • Ability to delegate and manage workloads and projects across functions within the organization.
  • Ability to successfully drive continuous improvement efforts by leading various work streams related to call center metrics and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to problem-solve, handle conflict, anticipate issues/concerns, troubleshoot problems, and proactively institute creative solutions.
