Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage procurement activities, ensure timely acquisition of materials, and support the efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and supplies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Process and track purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and other procurement documentation.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with other departments to meet operational requirements and resolve procurement issues.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 1 hour total break time during the day.
• Sundays off.
