Purchase executive

Role & responsibilities

Procurement planning in coordination with production & stores. Inventory management. Release PO / schedules. Vendor communication and coordination. Arrange alternative quotations where required. Search suppliers for new products. Execute sampling of new products from potential suppliers. Price negotiation. Generate performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Inclination towards purchase profile. 1-3 years of experience in purchase execution. Ability to scout market for new vendors. Willing to travel to vendor facility. Understanding of textiles and basic chemistry. Ability to negotiate.
