Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• To understand design brief & deliver designs as per the requirements
• Prepare concept design proposal for residential/ commercial projects
• Preparing presentation drawings
• Preparing Vendor, Structural and BMC drawings
• FSI Calculations & Estimation
• Co-ordinating with other architects, engineers, consultants, vendors etc.
• To effectively apply job knowledge to improve the quality of the output
• To assist supervisors & seniors for project documentation
• To seek approvals before initiating any changes in drawings
• To be an effective time manager & organizer to deliver within time lines
• To carry out additional roles and responsibilities as required from time to time.
• Handling the entire gamut of architectural and interior work

• Planning / Designing Skills
• Working Drawings
• MCGM / Liasioning Documentation
• Project execution
• Application of academic knowledge
• Well versed with DCPR 2034
• Expertise in Auto CAD / Other architecture software
