Job Description:

• Location of job: - Gurgaon, Nagpur
• Working Days in a week: - 5 days (Mon-Fri) 
• Education: - Any Graduation 

• SEM Campaign Management: Lead and manage SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search engines. Develop strategies for bidding, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize campaign performance.
• Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that drive quality traffic. Regularly update keyword lists and optimize campaigns based on performance.
• Ad Copy & Landing Page Optimization: Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the search intent. Work closely with the creative team to ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversions.
• Budget Management: Oversee SEM budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns. Monitors spend and adjust bids to maximize return on investment (ROI) and minimize cost-per-click (CPC).
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on SEM campaign performance, including metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and drive conversions.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Work closely with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure that SEM strategies align with broader marketing efforts and provide a cohesive brand experience.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust SEM campaigns to optimize performance, using data to guide decisions on keyword bidding, targeting, and ad creative adjustments.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in SEM, digital marketing, and advertising technologies to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Skills & Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience in SEM, PPC, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing SEM campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and others.
• Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page design best practices.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
