Job Description
JD - Company Secretory Experienced
- Desired Qualification: Qualified Company Secretory
- Compliances with all provisions of Companies Act2013
- Registrar and Transfer Agent Compliance of rules, regulation and guidelines of SEBI, CDSL and NSDL
- Supporting & advising matters pertaining to corporate affairs as may be assigned by management, performance of corporate affairs assignments& support for drafting of all corporate legal documents /agreements.
- Preparation and filing of XML and financial statements for standalone and consolidated both (XBRL AND NON-XBRL), and annual return.
- Drafting and reviewing of various commercial agreements.
- E-forms to be filed to comply with the provisions of applicable Act
- Maintenance of various statutory registers
- Liaise with external regulatory/ supervisory authorities
- Liaise with legal counsel/trustee/external support agencies
- Should be open to travel and address the meetings scheduled by the company or by self
