Job Description:

 Role & responsibilities

• Consignment Tracking: Monitor and track consignments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports on consignment status, delivery timelines, and any discrepancies. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Escalation Handling: Address and resolve customer escalations promptly and effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of issues.
• Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on consignment status and address any queries or concerns.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
