Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in a corporate setting.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Design and deliver engaging safety training programs and materials.
- Create visually appealing safety presentations and training content using graphic design tools.
- Analyze safety data and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a corporate safety role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience in developing training content and materials.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH) is a plus.
