Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  
• Provide support in recruitment operations by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
  
• Handle travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation for employees.
  
• Ensure smooth office coordination by managing inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  
• Assist with general office management tasks like data entry, filing documents, and record keeping.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in administration or human resources role.
  
• Strong skills in administration management, HR assistance, HR coordination, HR administration, office administration, office management.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
