EOL Software Testing Engineer (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Manage EOL processes, software testing, and facility operations for assigned vehicle programs.

- Apply expertise in vehicle diagnostics, EOL systems, software, and testing processes.

- Utilize ECATS and VAT software for testing and analysis.

- Collaborate with the Plant EOL team to understand business processes and identify digital opportunities.

- Provide technical support to the Automation team for EOL Quality Twin Software interface development.

- Employ a data-driven approach to analytical problem-solving and process robustness.

- Utilize computer software packages and demonstrate a deep understanding of vehicle electronic systems.

- Apply background knowledge in the automotive and/or manufacturing industries.

Skills Required :

- Proven experience in designing, executing, and documenting software tests for EOL systems.

- Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostic tools and procedures.

- Knowledge of End-of-Line testing systems and processes.

- Familiarity with various software testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box, regression).

- Hands-on experience with ECATS and VAT software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Understanding of automotive or manufacturing industry processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Advanced knowledge of VAT tool functionalities.

- Ability to debug software code.

- Basic to intermediate software code writing skills.
