SabPaisa - Cloud Architect - AWS Solutions (12-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Infrastructure Management :

- Architect and manage scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments on AWS and other cloud platforms.

- Drive cloud cost optimization strategies while ensuring performance and reliability.

- Lead the transition of on-premises systems to cloud infrastructure.

DevOps Leadership :

- Oversee the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployments.

- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability.

- Foster a DevOps culture by promoting collaboration between development and operations teams.

IT Delivery and Program Management :

- Manage and oversee large-scale IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address project risks and drive operational efficiencies.

- Establish detailed project schedules and track deliverables using appropriate tools.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management :

- Act as the primary interface with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

- Handle vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance tracking.

Security and Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g, PCI DSS, RBI guidelines) and best practices in cloud security.

- Identify and mitigate security risks within the infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement :

- Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and DevOps trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the organization.

- Lead initiatives for process improvement, automation, and enhanced system reliability.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 12-15+ years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, IT delivery, or related fields.

- Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-location IT projects and transitioning services.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, including migration, cost optimization, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Git.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and working with Linux/Unix environments.

- Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.

Leadership and Management :

- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, or Agile/Scrum are preferred.
