SabPaisa - Technical Product Manager (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.

- Lead product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

- Monitor product performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to meet engagement and revenue goals.

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to resolve issues, align on goals, and track progress.

- Support product launches by coordinating with marketing, training sales and support teams, and addressing customer inquiries.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain product competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills for collaboration across diverse teams.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Excel for informed decision-making.

- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Technical knowledge in areas such as APIs, software architecture, cloud technologies, or user experience design.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are advantageous.

Experience Requirements:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and delivering successful products.

- Prior roles such as business analyst, product analyst, or project manager are valuable pathways to this position.
