Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and design graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Provide input on design strategy and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
• Amend designs based on feedback to ensure final versions meet the desired specifications.

Preferred candidate profile :

Technical Skills:

• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, and other design tools.
• Web Design: Knowledge of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and UI/UX design (Basic)
• Animation: Basic skills in animation and motion graphics.

Design Skills:

• Branding: Strong understanding of branding, logo design, and corporate identity.
• Typography: Proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Creativity: High level of creativity and the ability to develop unique and engaging design concepts.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and precision in design work.

Experience:

• Work Experience: Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including print, digital, and multimedia designs.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously and delivering on tight deadlines.
